The Witch

Hello everyone :) I have done a little more to my Witch house. I have put some moss on the roof not sure if it is enough or does it need more?
See my cats on the window :D they are Halloween stickers I thought they looked cool on the window.

I have also put these pictures on this window. Painting on windows or anything much is a skill I don't have lol so I put tattoos that I found.

Here is another window done the same way.  I am not finished with the windows yet.

Here is a view of one of the rooms.
This will be were the wizard does his research and makes his potions. The walls are contact paper and the floor is a sheet of doll house tiles that I dirtied :D
Now for who lives here this is Elfvera.

She lives in the upstairs and works downstairs in the cottage. Her Grandfather is the Wizard that works in the lab. She sells his potions in the other room Elfvera also has the " sight "so as well as selling potions she reads people's fortune she is getting quite famous for this :)) as you might have guessed from her name she has elfin blood in her. Her other Grandfather (from her dads side) is a wood elf. She gets her great love of trees and nature from him.
I don't have a wizard I am not sure if I ever will. This doll I found in a charity shop she was one of those holiday dolls dressed in traditional costume I have no idea where from. I removed her clothes and undid her hair (it was tied up) I knit her silver dress and stuck the tiny bats on it. Her hat was also a Halloween ornament that I covered in a black and gold fabric.
I have LOTS more to do to this house.
I hope you have enjoyed looking at my house as much as I am enjoying doing it :)
Have a wonderful weekend.
Warm Hugs to all my friends.

I LOVE what you're doing to your house, Maria, and I can really feel your excitement with this project. Your "converted" witch, Elfvera, was a great find. Love all the bats around too. So much fun! xo Jennifer

Mmmm... Genial!

I can't wait to follow progress on this build. I like that Elfvera loves nature and I can't wait to see the wizard's room.

Un bonito trabajo, las brujas buenas son adorables y este se ve que es de esas y su casita perfecta.
El musgo del tejado lo veo muy bien, no se si quedaría mejor con algo más pero puedes probar.
Un abrazo y felíz fin de semana.

It was my biggest pleasure to meet Elfvera and hear her story... great... you may have noticed by now - I like stories. ;O) Applause for your roof, it's wonderful work. And your windows turned out great... I like your idea with the cat stickers very much. The interior looks very promising so far... nevertheless I have to ask: What is contact paper? Paper with an adhesive sticky back? Well, I'm really looking forward to seeing your progress... ah, a wizard's lab... so many possibilities!!!

Hugs

Elfvera looks very at "home" in her new silver knit gown with Bat trimming!!! And I love that you know so much about her "Ancestry"! It is details like that that make life so interesting! You never know.... you might one day discover her Grandfather somewhere... maybe he has just been out roaming the woods looking for mushrooms! LOL!
The house is coming along at a fantastic rate.... you must have cast a few spells to get the builders to work so quickly! I really look forward to seeing what you add next!!!

I agree, the cats in the window looks really cool!
When I was a kid, I was scared of a lady named Vera, she was very strict, I think of her when I saw the witch, since the name was similar, and the strict eyebrows =)

Летучие мыши украшают платье, это замечательная идея! Я с нетерпением жду продолжения! Вы сделали милую спальню для Elfvera! Я думаю, что она счастлива жить в таком прекрасном доме!
